The journey of Chocolate Box Homes, the creators of Celebrity Place, began with the initiation of an ambitious collaboration with one of Ghana's most celebrated real estate development firms, Herfa Properties. Working in conjunction with Herfa Properties on their groundbreaking and prestigious Stella Place development in East Legon, our vision was and has been, a focus on creating properties which not only looked great but maximize the utilization of space and land, bringing value for money to both real estate developers and buyers

In 2020, expanding on the concept of space utilization, Chocolate Box Homes proudly unveiled Modernity Designs as a one stop consultancy which not only looked into ways to maximize the land utilization approach of other develops, but also conceptualized and proposed the optimal architectural visualization and design suitable for both interior and exterior spaces.
